If you're applying to bring a student group to IBTM World, please complete the application below. The Lead Tutor will be the main point of contact throughout the application process.

Before you begin, please read the following information:

We'll review your application and contact you with the outcome. Please don't make any travel arrangements until your application has been approved.
The person completing this application will become the Lead Tutor. If your application is approved, you'll automatically receive one Lead Tutor badge. You'll then be able to register your students and, if required, request up to 10 additional tutor badges to support your group.
Student groups are assigned badges to attend on Thursday 19 November only.
Students must be aged 16 or over and studying a course related to the meetings and events industry.
Please use your official university email address. Applications submitted using personal email addresses cannot be approved.
You'll be asked to upload a copy of your institution's official letterhead as part of your application. Please have this ready before you begin. Accepted file formats are Word, PDF, PNG, JPEG and GIF (maximum file size: 4MB).
If your application is approved, you'll receive an email with login details for the Student Portal, where you can register your tutors and students.
