Your application will be checked by the event team. Please do not make any travel arrangements until you receive a response from the team.
The name entered below will be the Lead Tutor for the group and they will automatically receive a badge. You can add more Tutors who you will be able to register once your application is approved.
Student groups are assigned badges to attend on Thursday 20th November only.
To process your application, students must be above the age of 16 and following a course related to the Meetings & Events industry.
All registrations must use the official university domain email address. Registrations from Tutors or Students using a personal email address will not be approved.
You will be asked to upload an image of your institution's official Letterhead - please have this ready to upload before you start the form. You can upload Word docs, PDFs, PNGs, JPEGs and GIFs. Files must not be bigger than 4Mb.
If approved, you will receive login details to the email registered below for access to the Tutor portal. This will allow you to register your student's and tutor's details.

PLEASE NOTE - the registration form will time out if left inactive and take you back to step 1. Please ensure to complete the form in one attempt.
